STEP 3: FIGURE OUT WHAT CAUSED YOUR TOE BLISTER SO YOU CAN IMPLEMENT THE RIGHT PREVENTION
If you can determine what caused your toe blister, you can implement the correct “blister PREVENTION” methods. This will stop your toe blister from getting worse while it heals, stop it from hurting as it heals, and better still, stop it from coming back again. For example, was your foot sliding forward and jamming your little toes into the end of your toebox? Do your toes bend over so you’re walking on the tip of them instead of the pad of the toe? Or is your toenail thickened and misshapen? This matters!
